Located in the Cairngorms National Park, the largest National Park in the UK ( 3,800 sqm ), Grantown makes a perfect base to explore the Cairngorm moutains or enjoy fishing, golf, walking, cycling, skiing and for the world famous " Whisky Trail ".

At Dunallan House, we have kept many of the villa's original features, including. the lovely stained glass windows, cornices, original fireplaces in the Dining room / Guest's lounge and pitch pine throughout.


Dunallan House is a family run STB 4 Star Guest House where you will be assured of a warm Scottish welcome.

All our rooms are en-suite and individually decorated, including our popular Victorian room and Honeymoon Suite.

Dunallan House offers affordable, quality accommodation and is a superb base to visit the many and varied places of local interest.

There is no need to spend the whole day in the car, as there is so much to see and do on your door-step.

A Full Scottish breakfast is served which includes the following:-
