Established in 1890, Grantown Golf Course has an excellent reputation with local and visiting golfers alike. This is a 5710 yard course and has a par of 70. The course is a mixture of parkland and woodland with lovely views over the Cairngorm Mountains and Cromdale Hills. Grantown Golf Course welcomes individual players and Societies alike and its attractive clubhouse provides excellent facilities. Other popular Golf Courses around the Grantown area:- Boat of Garten Golf Course This is an 18 hole par 69 course. This course boasts some of the most magnificent scenery in the area and is a Championship Course. It was home to the British Masters in 1998. Craggan Golf Course This is a 18 hole par 3 course Carrbridge Golf Course A 9 hole par 68 Abernethy Golf Course Another 9 hole course this one being par 66 Nairn Golf Course Just 40 minutes drive from Grantown, Nairn is an 18 hole links course, par 74. This course has an excellent reputation and includes a full size practise ground and a newly built club-house.
